Sentara Careplex Hospital Scholarship

Established in 1994 to assist students in the nursing program. To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must have completed all General Education requirements; have been accepted into the Virginia Peninsula nursing program, or be enrolled in one of Virginia Peninsula’s health programs and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Individuals who receive the Sentara Careplex Scholarship may be asked to accept employment at a Sentara Hospital (if offered) at the rate of one calendar year of employment for each academic year of financial assistance.
